Each box contains 3 cans of Cornish Sardines and 3 cans of Scottish Mackerel.

Sardines

At Sound Seafood we love Sardines.

Our customers have been looking high and low for canned Cornish Sardines but can only find Moroccan Sardines on the supermarket shelves. So we decided to make our own!

Here we have packed our Cornish sardines in a rich Mediterranean marinade.

All our canned sardines are caught by our skipper Tom Pasco aboard our fishing vessel the Charlotte Clare and landed into Newlyn.

Mackerel

The best quality mackerel comes from the cold waters around the Scottish coastline. Mackerel is a highly migratory species so spends the summer eating ahead of its long journey south. We catch our Mackerel in the Autumn when it has the highest levels of Omega 3 oils making it not only delicious to eat but packed full of health benefits.

To complement the quality of the fish we have used a simple Olive Oil marinade for our Scottish canned mackerel.
